SeeMeCV was invited to participate as the technology partner at the ICCN Summit 2022 — a two-day national forum organised by the Indonesia Career Center Network (ICCN) and held on 12 October 2022. The event brought together university career centre professionals from across Indonesia to tackle one of the country's most significant workforce challenges: improving the employability and career readiness of graduates.
About the ICCN Summit 2022
The summit was titled Leveraging Employability of Indonesia's Graduates, and lived up to its ambition. Over 110 participants attended, representing 65 university career centres from institutions across Indonesia. The forum was structured as a national conversation between the key stakeholders responsible for connecting graduates with the job market — from career advisors and university administrators to human resources professionals and industry representatives.
The central focus of the summit was finding practical, scalable solutions to two interconnected challenges: giving graduates better access to career advisory and upskilling services, and creating more meaningful employment opportunities by strengthening the relationship between universities and employers.
SeeMeCV as Technology Partner
SeeMeCV — now rebranded as SeeMeSOL — was invited to the summit to showcase how Talent Portal and Virtual Career Fair solutions can help university career centres modernise their approach to graduate recruitment. The platform demonstrations highlighted how technology can accelerate the recruitment process, reduce costs for career centres, and give students a more dynamic and accessible way to connect with prospective employers.
