As part of the 2026 Campus Life Introduction Programme (PKKMB) series at Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia (USM-Indonesia), SeeMeSOL joined as a partner of the USM-Indonesia Career Development & Alumni Centre (CDAC) for a dedicated session titled "Level Up Your Future: Your Career Preparation Starts Now!" held on Friday, 18 September 2026. The session was attended by around 360 new USM-Indonesia students, moderated on-site by the Head of the Career Development & Alumni Centre (CDAC), Ns. Yunida Turisna O. Simanjuntak, SKM, S.Kep, M.Kep, MKM, while the speaker joined online to deliver the presentation.
Preparing for a Career from Day One
During the session, SeeMeSOL was represented by Divta Pertamidian, Customer Success Specialist at SeeMeSOL, who delivered a presentation on the importance of building career readiness as early as possible. Through this session, new students were encouraged to understand that a career journey doesn't begin after graduation, but from the very first day as a student — from recognising one's own potential and building a portfolio, to making use of the many development opportunities available on campus.
In her remarks to the participants, Divta shared a message that captured the essence of the session.
"Welcome to all the new students of USM Indonesia, and congratulations on entering this new chapter of your lives. Make the most of your time at university to start preparing for your career, so that by the time you graduate, you're already ready to take the next step," said Divta.
A Career Portal for Students and Alumni
As a tangible form of support for students' career readiness, SeeMeSOL, in collaboration with USM Indonesia, provides a career portal that can be used by both students and alumni. Through this portal, users can build their CVs, take advantage of AI-powered career preparation features called SamurAI, and access a range of resources and a course marketplace to enrich their skills and knowledge.
Bridging Education and the Working World
The collaboration between SeeMeSOL and USM Indonesia's CDC in this session is expected to serve as a first step for new students to more proactively plan their career futures early on, while also strengthening the synergy between education and the working world through sustained development programmes.
