The summit featured an in-depth panel discussion on "Talent Development of the Digital Workforce" — exploring the evolving IT-BPM industry and the critical role of talent in its expansion.
Moderated by Haidee C. Enriquez (Talent Attraction & Development Committee Chair, IBPAP), the discussion featured:

- David Padgett — Founder, SeeMeSOL
David discussed how individual employability is vital for national productivity — and that the quality of talent supply directly impacts the demand for talent. He shared SeeMeSOL's approach to engaging with schools and the process for onboarding applicants onto SeeMeConnect portals.
The session piqued significant interest and evoked questions from many in attendance, laying the groundwork for a digitally empowered regional workforce driven by technological expertise.
