In the 2nd leg of the Regional ICT Summit and Exhibitions (RISE 7) organised by DICT Philippines in Central Visayas, SeeMeSOL President David Padgett was invited as a panelist for the session titled "Talent Development for the Digital Workforce", held on 5th December at Vista Mar Beach Resort, Lapu-Lapu City.
David was joined by distinguished co-panelists:

Partnership with Allied Healthcare Training Provider
During the event, SeeMeSOL met with DICT Under-Secretary Ms. Jocelle Batapa-Sigue and signed an MOU with an Allied Healthcare Training Provider based in Bacolod City — working together as a SeeMeSOL Talent partner to accelerate talent hiring outcomes in the healthcare sector.
The RISE series of events, organised by DICT Philippines, provides a platform for ICT stakeholders across the country's regions to collaborate on digital transformation, workforce development, and technology innovation.
