Mabalacat City, Pampanga — January 18, 2024
SeeMeSOL continues its mission to accelerate student employability through a partnership with Mabalacat City College (MCC) signed on 18 January 2024. This collaboration was established to deploy a Virtual Career Portal facilitating various career-related activities for the college.
During the signing ceremony, MCC acknowledged the importance of collaborating with stakeholders to prepare job-ready graduates. The virtual career portal will also support graduate tracing — helping track the careers of MCC graduates and providing institutional insights into their professional journeys.
Data-Driven Career Services
Through the portal, MCC can collect data from its alumni — understanding the proficiency, effectiveness, and impact of its learning framework. These insights will be used to ensure the future success of collaborations between students and industry.
SeeMeSOL's delegation was led by Founder David Padgett, alongside Head of Business Development and Partnership Angel Dasjterdi, Customer Success Manager Jasmine Layugan, and Business Development Manager Victor San Pascual.
A Multi-Stakeholder Partnership
The signing was attended by MCC President Dr. Michelle Aguilar-Ong, VP for Global Relations Raymond John Vergara, and several college administrators. Notably, the Hann Foundation Inc., represented by Foundation Manager Ronnel Golimlim, also participated — contributing to community involvement including support for Indigenous Peoples, resource mobilisation, and sustainability.
The shared mission of MCC, Hann Foundation, and SeeMeSOL is to form more collaborations supporting students, industries, Indigenous Peoples, and other community sectors.
