The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), led by Secretary Fred Pascual, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SeeMeSOL Inc. (formerly known as SeeMeCV Pte Ltd), demonstrating the DTI's resolve to continue collaborating with technology partners in utilising the latest digital technologies to revolutionise the bridging of industries and talent pools.
The DTI chief emphasised that this partnership underscored the Department's commitment to foster an enabling business environment in line with the DTI's science, technology, and innovation (STI)-driven industrialisation strategy.
"Central to the DTI's industrial transformation agenda is the need for upskilling and reskilling initiatives and innovative programmes that would address job-skills mismatch."
A key element of the partnership involves building a digital platform expected to host jobs and career services with features that drive revenue, generate labour market trends and statistics on industry transformation, and link nationwide talent with mentoring and coaching solutions.
The DTI Secretary recognised that the partnership complements ongoing efforts in developing skills frameworks through the Philippine Skills Framework (PSF) Initiative, working with national government agencies, industry associations, and private sector partners including higher education and training institutions.

The ceremonial MOU signing occurred during the 2023 Mindfacturing and Creativity Summit on 4 December 2023 at Makati Diamond Residences, Manila.
